Whatever you celebrate this time of year, I hope it's enjoyable for you. Sometimes we forget that we have the right to choose how we "do" the holidays. So often we hear, "Ugh, I hate the holidays," or "I'm so stressed out trying to get everyone presents," or "Oh no, I have to be with my crazy family for 10 days." As you might know, I am a proponent of personal responsibility and of creating your own experience. If you "hate" the holidays or can't stand being with family, make a change.
